Default KBR seeks "battle field immunity" in case of injured soldiers.

KBR Inc. invoked federal laws shielding contractors during wartime in an effort to avoid a Texas trial over injuries claimed by troops who were exposed to toxic chemicals while guarding a work site in Iraq.
I guess KBR thinks they can reap hundreds of millions of dollars from Us while at the same time doing a shitty job that gets troop injured and then claim they can't be sued. Some of these companies really know no shame.
