Blah blah blah blah blah...another higher up talking out of his ass. Someday I really hope we get a no-kidding, no bullshit, common sense person high up in our food chain that will put an end to some of this crazy. Til then, I do what I can when I can and they can talk all the want, I'll just nod my head as I daydream about retiring someday.
So...leadership is concerned about service members being ready to preform their assigned duties by focusing on "social, physical, environmental, behavioral, psychological, nutritional, medical and dental" problems.
And you guys start busting balls because they want the force ready and relevant to conduct the mission?
Find something else to bitch about.
But what do I know...I only made CMSgt, attained my bachelors degree, a real associates degree, my CCAF, and participated in/supported 3 conflicts. ALL while staying on the flightline (well, except for that 3 year depot tour).
I have an idea...how about we treat adults like adults, bring back military hospitals with military doctors, let SNCO's BE SNCO's, and Chief's revert back to the seldom seen but greatly feared LEADERS they USED to be. The baby-sitting and social do-gooder crap needs to go...
