    Guess I'll have to wait and see what the local installation commander is going to do. Only seems like a good thing to do, especially given that the SFS is deploying at such a high rate they can't even manage to maintain two gates being open 24/7 anymore...

    I'm betting that AETC bases will not allow this, or if forced to, will be the last to allow it. They'll cite safety standards for AiT's, or some such nonsense. Never mind that most states (if not all) don't allow those under 21 to own a pistol....which pretty much equates to no concealed carry.

    Oh, and my base hasn't had 2 gates 24/7 in forever!
