Unfortunately no...now we'll just gear up for another inspection. The housing problem is mostly out of the AF's control. Most of the housing hardship came from the summer flood, many homes still aren't fixed yet, and they can't make up all that housing on the base alone. Many of the people coming here without families just got their assignment cancelled anyways. Our misfortune was the best thing to happen to those inbound.

However, the BAH raise was much needed, and we got it quick. So someone did something right.

All the hardships make the passing of the Surety Inspection all that more remarkable.

I'm glad to hear that the Finance weenies came through in the pinch.

    How's the missile side doing?

    Best of luck to y'all.

It's the same in all wars, the very young and adventurous give up their lives for the old and cautious, and so the bluecollar for the privileged, the uneducated for the student, the poor for the well off, the patriot for the politician, and the few for the many.

As the missile side in under inspection now, it is not appropriate to comment at this time.

I'd be proud to go to Minot. Someone needs to go, so might as well be me!

That used to be fairly routine at Minot. After all, there wasn't much to do except inspection prep.

Like someone else said...this should be on af.mil...considering it is a huge part of the "Air Force's #1 Priority"...but it won't be. :twitch
