It's sad to see another Navy career down the tubes like this; however, it's also difficult to muster any sympathy when it's self-inflicted--as this was.

Yeah, outlaw bike gangs aren't known for their lawful activity.

Maybe it's too hard for some people to stop themselves from doing stupid things. Back in the late 80s, the superintendent of our base dental clinic told me at his last base he had a husband and wife who worked for him. Both great troops but it turned out they were arrested for selling drugs. In fact, they ran one of the largest drug rings in the state. They got busted when people became suspicious of how they could by two new sports cars on SSgt pay. The husband bought a car without telling his wife and when she learned of it she bought one too just to spite him. It's when she got the car that people became suspicious and someone notified the OSI. They began investigating the couple and eventually found out what they did. What they did was self-inflicted.
