Remember when we discussed a Marine that was accused of killing a transgender in the PI? Here's an article on what was dealt to him:

https://ca.news.yahoo.com/u-marine-jailed-philippines-killing-transgender-woman-082649325.html

6 to 12 years, for homicide, but not for murder, which requires malice aforethought, for those that don't want to read the article.

They might have and Rusty did, but not me.

I still say it was a fight over money.

She walked up to me and she asked me to dance. I asked her name and in a dark brown voice she said Lola....
L-O-L-A Lola, lo lo lo lo Lola!

Rainmaker, I remember when that song first came out over the radio waves. Very strange, for back in the day.

+ approx. $95,000 restitution to the family.

All in all, he got off pretty easy, he should feel lucky.

Well I'm not the world's most physical guy
But when she squeezed me tight she nearly broke my spine

Oh my Lola la-la-la-la Lola

Well I'm not dumb but I can't understand
Why she walked like a woman and talked like a man

Oh my Lola la-la-la-la Lola la-la-la-la Lola

The Weird Al version is also pretty good

Best case scenario is six years including time served? And the best part is that, when it's over, he won't even have a criminal record in the states! I'd say that's a pretty even deal!

A few months ago, I remember reading the story of woman in the UK who got duped by another woman pretending to be a man. She was using a strap-on the whole time, and as soon as she discovered that she was being duped... she called the police and had the woman arrested and charged for rape.

We don't have laws like that in the US, but I think we need to. The availability of legal remedies might prevent someone from acting out like that. Although it really wouldn't do much for someone in the Philipines...

You are so funny.

That duping stuff doesn't happen. It is like UFOs or Bigfoot, a lot of people talk about it but it isn't real.

We are starting to get laws like that...California now has one called "Rape by Fraud"...basically some guy slipped into a dark room and pretended to be the girls boyfriend. Although she consented, it was only because she thought it was her boyfriend...headlight went by, she saw the wrong guy and...new law.

I remember reading about another case where a guy ties up and blindfolds his girlfriend in a little kinky fun ...but, then tag teams in his friend without her knowledge.

Although it really wouldn't do much for someone in the Philipines...

This might be interesting though...would it be fraud or deception simply if the person wore a dress and looked like a girl? what if she never actually said she was a girl or had a vagina? So never represented that she was anything other than a male in women's clothing? What if she said, "I never said I was a female...I thought he knew what I was."

OTOH, is it a crime to meet a woman in a bar and tell her you're an F-15 pilot to get into bed with her? Slippery slope.

That's where the whole "reasonable person" thing comes in.

I believe Sweden has a law like that. A year or two ago, I remember hearing on the radio that it counts as rape if you lie to get laid.

I don't think it will ever come to that here.

The reason I don't think it will come to that here is because we'd look at a woman funny if she had sex with a guy just because she thought he was an F-15 pilot. Even moreso if she tried to have him locked up over it. Scandinavian countries actually go out of their way to protect their women. For example, prostitution is illegal in all Scandinavian countries... only on one end. Selling sex is not illegal. Buying sex is. So if a cop catches the John redhanded, the prostitute walks.

What if you take a chick with perky tits home and she takes her bra off and they hit her knees? That sounds like cause for a civil suit, at least.

Did the "drop" happen before or after the sex?

"Well, I took me a woman late last night
I's three-fourths drunk she looked all right
'Till she started peelin' off her onion gook
She took off her wig, said, "How do I look?"
I's high flyin', bare naked, out the window"

Right.

The Socialist shitlords care so much about their women that they Imported 600,000 Moslem invaders into a Homogenous country of only 8 Million Swedes and Stockholm a city which had virtually no crime before is now known as the rape capital of Europe.

What's left of The Native men in Most Scandinavian countries have been turned into castrated Eurofags That will stand by while their wives and daughters are violated in the streets by Jihadi gangsters and then beg the Nanny state to charge anyone who dares to point this out with A Hate Crime.

Actually, Now that I think about it.... It sounds very much like California.

Entirely by coincidence...saw this in the newsfeed:

Dave Davies: Musical, Biopic Could Lead to Kinks Reunion

....

Davies speaks from experience. Though the Kinks’ early popularity rivaled that of the Beatles, the Kinks were never as fun-loving or frivolous, and from the start the band’s relationship was fraught with tension that stemmed from sibling rivalry.

....

At the same time, London’s West End theater district is staging a musical Ray Davies wrote about early history of the Kinks. Dave Davies says producers and promoters are discussing bringing the show to the U.S., though nothing is official yet.

I saw them back in the early 80s...would be cool if they got back together
