I found this very interesting and am unable to really make a judgment either way. The headline is misleading, of course, as the guy isn't going to prison because of the lyrics so much as the ties to gang activity. However, he has no convictions for anything. How can this possibly be considered "profiting from gang activity"? It's one thing if it had been proven that he committed crimes as a gang member. But that hasn't happened. This seems like an extremely "slippery slope" as it pertains to "art" and freedom of speech.

You mean Boff Tiny doo and Absintheanticdote lockt up??!! Shit just got real yo....

Love the subtext "They tryin to eradicate black men". ...you have to take anything you see on CNN with a grain of salt. The sole purpose of the media today is to rationalize the growth of the state to keep order, or to distract you from how bad the treasury is getting looted by their owners.

Half of their on-site "reporting" is staged Big Media propaganda at the behest of Big Govt. complete with Crisis actors and all.

For example. Take the Ferguson shitshow, during which Don Lemon was at the center of. the coverage................who, will benefit from turning the place into a burned out ghost town? who do you think is organizing and funding the protests? or are you so naive as to believe they were spontaneous?

Once, they run all the small business owners out, (cause no one in their right mind would stay there) and buy up the property for pennies on a dollar. You can bet in a Couple years .gov will be in with some corporate handouts (tax breaks) for the Ferguson redevelopment plan, to benefit the "disenfranchised less fortunate youths".
