Since NKO requires CAC to access the site, how do those of us who have retired gain access to the site to check our ESR? I don't remember that being part of the out processing we got when i retired.? Anyone know?

ESR? NKO?

From what I've found, every site I could get on before with a CAC I can now get on with my username/password. This includes VMPF, mypay, tricare, etc.

You may be able to access it with a DOD Self Service Login. I was told about this handy credential when I was processing out to retire. I hope this is the correct link:

https://myaccess.dmdc.osd.mil/identitymanagement/authenticate.do?execution=e1s1

Works on tons of websites that used to require me to use CAC.

That's it. That's the one I was trying to think of. Yeah...works for everything.

I sent a help desk request to NKO and was told that cause of laws requiring CAC, any account not accessed for 45 or more days gets deleted, which puts me out as it has been 2+ years since i last checked.:(
