"STRIKINGLY SIMILAR" TO NAZI ERA" "DELIBERATE STARVATION" "Pervasive state surveillance quashed all dissent"

Well, report by a former Australian Supreme Court Justice came out today.

Possible outcomes:

(a) China and Russia veto anything more than a strongly-worded e-mail telling Kim the latest the world is "disappointed".
(b) A terse memo is sent, never makes it to Kim due to being eaten by starving north Korean mailman.
(c) Neither a or b; China demands reparations for "aiding and abetting" comment; UN turns on investigators.
(d) Not a dang thing will happen. Sudan is being run by an individual convicted of crimes against humanity in 2008, this is 2014??

Nothing to it or time for a new Kim? Thoughts?

D is imo most likely. WE have saber rattled against them time and time again, and nothing happens.
