These guys are just the republican wing of the democratic party. As I have said many times when someone tries to say "23 billion over 10 years" is a crock. Or how someone says "we were prepared for a xxx surplus if Clinton's budget wasn't changed by Bush". You can't have one congress hold the next congress to budgetary terms. Cutting $23 billion from FUTURE PROJECTED spending doesn't mean squat and these people in the GOP can't be that stupid to think their base believes that. The sequestration spending reduction is already gone, because that was done last congress. Vote them out, get real conservatives in there.

Oh, but cutting military retirement is a good idea, while the congress take a nice trip to Mandela's funeral.

Bleh...more foolishness from Congress and the deep pockets that pays for them. At this point, they might as well just pass the deal now, and hope everyone forgets about it during christmas holidays. If they wait until Jan 15th and start talking about a "government shutdown" again, that's starting to flirt with the start of campaign season for primaries. What the republicans have to figure out is whether Freedomworks and the others mentioned can actually impact their election chances or not. Turns out that "money is speech" thing didn't turn out quite they way they wanted.

These guys are a trip. "The conservatives and TEA party have lost all credibility..." Yet he never explains how they lost this credibility. Even when conservatives have shown that the dems get everything they want and the GOP may get to talk about what they want in 8 years. This guys and the rest of the establishment are jokes. A possible $23 billion in cuts to FUTURE deficit spending over 10 years, while the dems get to go up to $82 billion in descressionary spending next year. :doh
